Space X is doing more work than NASA. Is Musk the real life Tony Stark?

I'm thrilled by what I'm seeing from Space X.

Can't lie.  I'm a little worried too.

What happens when you have an advanced tech organization that isn't under the thumb of the federal govt.  Yeah I know.  We've seen the bad that comes even from that arrangement but what if that corporation goes REALLY rogue.

What if one of these high tech firms branches off into other "govt" areas.  What if they build a high tech PMC?  Establish their own mega city with a corporate run public works, law enforcement, services etc...

But most troubling.

What if this corporation actually made such a setup so attractive and so exclusive that only a very high profile (not only money but education) could live there?

With great power comes great responsibility.   

I'm cheering my ass off for Musk and Space X and the rest of his endeavors.

But I'm watching too for bad signs whatever the hell that means.
