Hey, do you all remember Mike at New Wars?
He put his blog in dry dock and in my opinion, its time for him to bring it back...
So Mike ole' buddy, if you're reading this...break time is over! Get back in action!

Not sure exactly why Mike finished but I always enjoyed his posts so yes, come on Mike, get back to the bloody keyboard.
ReplyDeleteThere are quite a few blogs out there that deal with security/politics and an equal number that are someone's full time job but us part timers are still pretty few and far between.
It would be a fine thing if Mike resurrected New Wars. A few of us have continued posting there, periodically (check 'Breaking News' and the 'Dept. of Silly Ideas').
ReplyDeleteThere were -apparently- two reasons why Mike ceased blogging. First, his father had been ill and it seems that his care fell upon Mike. Then, his Minister suddenly died. Apparently that gentleman had been part of Mike's life and support network for a long while. Combined, those two events caused Mike to withdraw from the blogosphere and online world.
