So if a UK minister is trying to plug exports for his country he is 'crowing' how very 'sour grapes'. Perhaps if we had the clout of the US we may instead of 'crowing' be able to use political pressure such as is the case in India at the moment. At the moment you are offering all sorts of 'incentives' to clinch the deal for 126 fighter aircraft for the IAF,make the most of it as your personal bogeyman in the shape of C***A will soon be undercutting your exports. Then you will have something to whinge about.
