Mix the Surefire Mags with the IAR and you might not lose a thing. Check this out from Military Times Gear Scout. Awesome. 100 Round Mags and the IAR? It just might work.
1. This is NOT an IAR. 2. This shows nothing but a waste of ammo. 3. No one will ever fire that many rounds in that time frame, and if you do have to fire more than 2+ combat loads that fast, your probally in more danger than the keyboard commandos could imagine. 4. If this proves to you that you need a piston system, then go jump off a bridge, because you have no idea what your talking about.
WHOA!
ReplyDeleteVery nice.
ReplyDeleteThe gas tube is nearly melting! One more reason to go piston I guess.
ReplyDeleteSureFire also has 60-round hi-capacity mags IIRC, those are shorter than the 100-rounds pictured and wouldn't impede movement.
