You know I like these 120mm mortars, but..now show the rest of the system, i.e. the whacky Mule jeep to tow it and how the two fit inside an Osprey. Any we got to ask why the US Navy doesn't use mortars on its Riverine boats - you like was done in "Nam?
Nice. I hope this system is chosen by the Australian Army in it's mortar replacement project.
Of course we'd have to integrate it with a new vehicle. The JLTV candidate would seem to be a likely prospect, but I can see such a system providing a very useful addition to our new 155mm based artillery capability and provide a useful replacement for our now removed Reserve 105mm based artillery capability.
