Everything in the article is spot on. The only beef I had was the inference of the author that "US Navy Super Growlers" performed most of the U.S strikes, and made absolutely no reference to the USAF. The USAF conducted the majority of the American airstrikes against Libyan targets, and the AV-8B's employed by the USMC still hit many more targets that USN Growlers. Since the Growler's only air-to-ground weapon is the HARM missile, it only released munitions when it detected active enemy radar, which didn't happen often in the conflict. I suspect that the author didn't mention USAF sorties at all because this would undermine his argument, which otherwise was superb.
