High altitude, thin air. You can see from the maneuver to gain altitude (after passing the rooftop) the Apache was struggling to gain altitude. Then the helo pilot decided to continue the hijinx and wrecked his aircraft.

no one on the ground hurt, pilots injured but ok. trying to find out as we speak where this took place...
