i took it a different way. he was saying that the parties over except for the crying so since we know its going to end in tears anyway to prime the pump for as long as we can till it inevitably fails. sorta like a guy that gets pulled over for drunk driving gulping down the last few ounces of whiskey cause he knows he's going to jail anyway.
Obama would love that idiot. Let's have the Federal government go into debt on magical technologies that will fix everything.
