Many consider Mike Sparks a madman. I totally disagree. Except for him being RABIDLY anti Marine Corps the guys was spot on. Plus he put work in when it came to his blog. Well solomon,i read his blog well before i started reading your blog.Wille i agree whit alot a things there ,there is some things i disagree.That blog asks for a light weight fighter whit out radar(swarm fighter),a new multi caliber rifle(M-16 A5),and a lot of other things...i do agree whit turboprop COIN planes ,a new piston rifle(HK416),short strip cargo planes(C-27J),new battleships,smaller aircraft carriers and lighter APC that the 82 Airborne can drop from C-130s to conquer airfields...I also think that they are right ,that the army and marine corps shoud drop the weight that an individual soldier carriers...that the Carl Gustav 84mm should be standart issue and that army and marine corps squads should incluide 7,62 mm MK 48 machine guns and 7,62mm rifles(bulpup M-14s,FN SCAR,M-110)as a complement to the 5,56mm weapons
