You think I'm hardcore about gun rights? Guys are already going operational.

You think I'm a gun nut?

You think I'm hardcore when it comes to gun rights?

Not hardly.

But law makers better be aware and they better pay attention.  There are guys that are already going operational and taking active steps to ensure that their freedoms are protected for not only themselves but for their children's children.  Check out the video below but if you read between the lines (and its not hard to do) then its obvious that certain news items have prompted this activity.

What should be alarming to government officials and gun grabbers is the fact that if you go to YouTube you can find literally hundreds of videos educating people on how to cache their weapons and ammunition...some of the comments in those videos indicates that a certain number of people aren't doing that and are almost welcoming a confrontation.

This gun control issue WILL get messy.  I hope the President took some weight gainer cause the weight of his office at this point isn't going to be enough!

  1. I recall the arms caches of the Vietnam war were booby trapped to kill and maim the finders.
I expect a small guerrilla war against the democrats while they are in office, which the democrats think or plan on being permanent.
Ruby Ridge, Waco was the acts of a democrat POTUS and Tim McVeigh and the Murrow federal building the end results.
This is not going to be pretty and could end up with traitors hung from the porches of fine houses across America.
Remember the comments about I'ma gonna riot if Romney wins?
Same goes for gun control, They are gonna do more than riot fer shure Bubba.
All it will take is the republicans to do anti-gun control as they did attempting to win the election or go along with Obama, that means the gun owners have no friends in government to speak for them or defend them.
The Gov becomes the defacto enemy.
    I wish it wasn't so.

  2. Zebra,

Throw in the "Fiscal Cliff" (gov is broke) along with the producers halting production and you create a very desperate situation for the FedGov.

If this gun confiscation talk was happining an another time it might be easier for them. But the gov has demonstrated it cannot govern. Congessional approval ratings are at a historic low. Our gov passes laws we don't want (Obamacare) and can't afford.

A record number of Americans are dependent on the paychecks (i.e. labor) of other Americans and those working Americans are having a hard time keeping food on the table. This is outright theft which has been tolerated so long as everyone can get by--that has changed.

Unions and Democrats have conspired to outsource American jobs, weaking our economy. We now have a "service sector" economy that creates no value with a government that confiscates what little value remains.

NDAA, DHS, TSA, CIA are routinely violating the rights of American citizens with impunity. ATF knowingly arms felons and criminals (FnF) while our gov says law abiding people can't protect themselves?!? Government has trashed the laws and the Constitution while it demands protection from the same.

FedGov has built a powder keg. Now we are just waiting to see who has the balls to light the fuse.

  3. As I've said before, there are tens of millions of "assault weapons", there are hundreds of millions of full-capacity magazines (not high-capacity, FULL-capacity). If civil disobedience just requires waterproof containers, then no ban will have any real effect. Enforcement would be impossible.

EVEN IF there were another gun ban imposed, any psycho with $300 bucks can buy a a semi-auto .22lr rifle, so we'd never see an end to the mass-murders. And the anti-gunners would still be after guns, yes, even after duck-hunters "hi-capacity, semi-automatic, why-do-you-need-that-to-hunt" shotguns.

We must, however, remember that social movements never began with mass-acceptance by the population. All progressive social movements e.g. women's suffereage, civil rights, equal rights, etc., began with a dedicated minority and through time effected change.

We must ensure our dedicated minority doesn't falter and that we recruit articulate spokespeople (NOT Ted Nugent or Wayne LaPierre) who can speak with reason and passion to defend our rights while tens of millions engage in civil disobedience. And perhaps while they engage in civil disobedience it will begin to awake within them a question of what other liberties are they prepared to embrace and resist unjust laws or actions. Patriot Act? Wire-taps? Search and Seizure? Drug war?

If this is a right we wish to protect, then we need to also look at the long-haul and I don't mean mid-term elections. We must continue to invite our friends and family members to participate in shooting sports and to educate them. This is the surest method of explaining to them what firearms really are rather than some abstraction in the media.

What can the anti's do? Invite people to anti-violence picnics in gun-free safe zones? Badminton will never feel as good as putting 100 rounds down range.
