IRT Innovation hogwash. The MLP is a design technique for Flo/Flos which has been used less and less for 15 years now. Flo/Flo ships having been around since the 1980s. One sometimes wonder if the flags are just reading corporate press release?
RADM Busby has a more realistic assesment of what the MLP might do?
