Where are you on this scale?

Note:  I find it interesting that guys consider women that are below 17% to be almost "hulking out".  I also note that sticking to a BF of below 8% for more than a few weeks is either aided (yeah, you're juicing) or you're a mean miserable SOB.

    1. yeah and i'm suffering through week 4 of some hardcore atkins. i decided to do a complete change. i was carrying around too much muscle AND fat. time to do a hardcore slimdown.

  2. Try the garlic diet. You eat nothing but garlic for a week. At the end, you'll loose 10-kilos ... and all your friends.

    The good news is, from a distance, you look really slim. :D

  3. I like gals up to the 35% mark I draw the line at too unhealthy fat or skinny.
    Me, I'm about 25% now But I have been a fatty liver type person. My exercise regime is two hours bicycle riding on a road bike. I live in Piedmont terrain (hillbilly) so I can coast about half the ride and work out in the climbs. My weight drops then goes back up making muscle in place of fat muscle being heavier than fat.
    Doc says my fatty liver has been reduced and when it's no longer fatty I'll start using the fat around my middle faster. The Docs goal is me soaking wet at 185 lb From where I am at 196 it may take all summer.
    My goal is three hours a day on the bike more than three and my Jungle rot comes back with a vengeance.
    I eat steaks, greens and such but I feel like I am starving all the time!
