It's just a joke about a japanese attack variant of the Alenia Aermacchi M-346... which, unfortunately, despite the early promises, seems condemned to never have real light attack capabilities.
Sobchak every now and then messes around with photos and creates concepts more or less humorous. This one is a bit of a trap, as it can quite easily be mistaken for something serious.
