Note: I'm on track to put this in my garage in World of Tanks....once I do the virtual world is mine! Seriously though. The game is a gold mine of information on WW2 armor. I've learned about more obscure tanks from that time period than I ever did by reading a book by one of the greats...it pointed me in directions and gave me a peek at stuff I didn't even know existed. Its highly recommended (the forum, if you don't want to play the game) if you're an armor nut.
I know right! I wasn't even aware that the US had experimented with auto-loaders combined with oscillating turret designs. I just got the T69 and it's my second favorite tank next to my Soviet T-44!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I did spend a lot of money on this game, easily over $200. I'm not a wallet warrior because I don't buy premium tanks or use gold rounds, but I did buy a lot of silver to buy the tanks I gained the XP for faster.
Is the Lowe still a premium tank?

DeleteBy the way, Sol, the Lowe is a tank that needs to be bought with gold. I know you said you didn't want to pay earlier so I just thought I'd tell you.
ReplyDeleteSolomon...
ReplyDeleteIn WOT, is important have a premium tank. You will make credits fast !
I prefer the american T-34... it have a more powerful cannon.
I agree that the premium tanks are money makers. I've been considering getting the T26E4 for myself.
ReplyDeleteBefore you bite that bullet Sol I'd suggest you check some of the tank reviews by this guy especially the ones of the is6 premium. Lowe was good in its time but has been hit by the nerf bat so many times its a shadow of its former self.
