America (LHA 6) Builder's Sea Trials

Prediction.  The two ships without well decks will eventually be swallowed up by SOCOM for a pure Special Operations carrier.

    I guess that is an option. I was thinking of the old "Sea Control Ship" concept due to the loss of CV's floating around.

    I can see these as being a Sea control Ship & used to support Special Operations. Maybe some countries like the UK can buy them as well.

      Britain never would.

      They want to keep the last shadows of a shipbuilding industry.
