No problem. I got you covered. Pay special attention to all the issues they bring up. Nothings changed and in some ways, things have gotten worse. Until the US Govt or Rand say otherwise, this will remain on my Scribd Page for your reading and sharing pleasure.

Not much new stuff, it does look like the new modifications to J20 are real, seen a couple of other sites posting the images. Some pics seem CGIied but generally it looks real. I noticed among other things that it would appear Chinese have a new paint job, the new J20 seems a lot more reflective, kind of like the way the F22 "shines". New confirmation from Chinese press that a couple of aircraft carriers are in production, probably coming out around 2020, I have read 4 to 6 new ones.

Concerning the RAND report, I just think our only hope is that NSA has done as good a job infiltrating Chinese computers than USA computers....
The "Project Air Force" office in Rand (who my best friend in HS helped run many years ago) gets paid by... the Air Force. These days, you don't tell them what they don't want to hear. In the case of that briefing, one of the academics was forced out. At the time it made USAF and LM.....unhappy.
ReplyDeleteWhat's funny is that LM denounced the report as being written by academics with no experience. The reality was that Stillion and Perdue were both former combat pilots.
