This is the first of probably monthly reminders (this is your heads up) of a great group of guys putting on a helluva event this September.
A buddy of mine named Ted runs a group called the Marines Of The Palouse and they're putting on a Mud Run. So if your cardio is lacking (I'll only ask about your cardio since I know you've been pounding steel), get it together and put this on your list of trips to make and courses to run.
