I am constantly impressed by the ability of gun owners/makers to make lemonade out of the lemons that law makers toss our way. Additionally this might make a better truck gun than a normal AR.
yeah i had the same reaction and all i could think is why didn't someone do this before. they probably did but it wasn't the right time. now? this thing will sell like hot cakes.
Great idea. A modern version of the mini 14/30. Using standard AR mags is a real plus unlike the mini where it's Ruger propriety. It looks like it would be very good for civilian use. If the price is right they will sell. I wonder how long it will take someone like Archangel/ProMag to make a pistol grip-butt stock aftermarket part for this thing.
well ranch rifles are still a big thing in farming communities and out west so i think this will be a great seller no matter what the reason why it came into existence.
i had to take a double take at this beauty. Thats a awesome rifle

someone will do it but to be honest i find a normal rifle stock to be handier to put into action...maybe its just me.
DeleteMan I don't know how many times I wished I could use AR mags in my mini-14
DeleteIt's probably cause some liberal state didn't like them looking like an Assault Rifle and wanted a watered down version.

DeleteThe SU-16CA from Keltec is pretty sweet too. The whole SU line is pretty nifty, but the CA is thier "cali legal" version.
