He-Man diet essential. P28 Bread.

OK.

Summertime is approaching, you probably either already did or are getting to get in your annual PFT or you've finally decided that getting in shape/losing weight/being healthy is finally worth the work.

So how do you do it while still having a BIT of bread to wolf down that sandwich at lunch without blowing all the hardwork on your low/no net carb lifestyle?

You eat P28 bread.

Its expensive but so is being fat, sloppy, sick and lame.

Check it out here.

NOTE:  Yeah, you're reading that right.  14 grams of protein per slice.  12 total carbs, and 2 grams fiber.  Carb neutral at worst and that doesn't count the tuna fish you're piling between the slices.  This stuff is awesome!

  1. Best bread is Japanese milk bread. Just have some milk bread and then skip dinner.

    1. There is no news yet, except for the fact that Obama didn't finish his plate of sushi dinner at a famous Tokyo sushi joint. http://youtu.be/kNC47VI0eG4

The fact that Obama ate only half of what is purportedly the best sushi in the world is seen as a bad omen in Japan.

    2. Obama is a chick in a male body. he eats like a bird to keep his weight down. but I LUV SUSHI! that's unsat. he's definitely not on the HE-Man diet. but why would a chick?

  3. Sol thanks for the link. Most bread is junk, with some breads you may as well just stick your mouth in a bowl of refined sugar. Everyone complains about the price things then they run off and buy garbage and fill themselves, only to have to eat more and more empty calorie garbage.

LOL on ...."Its expensive but so is being fat, sloppy, sick and lame".

    1. wow. SPOT ON! i'm tired of this whole food industry non-sense....or to be precise, the quick, cheap fast food industry.

i don't eat at the "big box" fast food stores because the service SUCKS. i'm not spending my hard earned dollars to get treated like a sub human by some 15 year old prick that doesn't have proper home training, only to get home and discover that the food itself is garbage.

i'm all about cooking my own now. i'm no great cook by any means but i'm getting good. plus i can barbecue like a champ.

    2. We tend to make our own food now also, most of the time. It's all about the ingredients. If the ingredients are junk so you. Amazingly it's not actually that hard to eat well, it just takes a little bit of planning. What I always say to wife is going out to eat is mostly over rated. There are good places to eat out, but they are usually not inexpensive.
What most people don't understand about fast food, prepackage food is the addictive qualities of food. Namely the simple carbohydrates. A large chunk of the North American population now are just junk food addicts.

    3. fat, docile cattle. being out of shape isn't the issue. everyone hits that wall. not fixing it and even worse not being aware of the damage you're doing is the sin.

great minds think alike. its kind of amazing that this post will be overlooked by many when its one of the few things that i talk about on this blog that people can actually control quite easily.

you can't command others if you can't command yourself!

    1. yeah but the deal is how long can you maintain a strict no carb diet? or rather more correctly why would you follow a diet that won't allow you to eat healthy grains and not the processed stuff?

to each his own but i was looking for something i could follow for a lifetime and not for a few months or years.

  5. Another brand called Dave's Killer Bread makes a high protein bread - 14/14 grams protein per slice. Dave's may only be here in the Pac NW. It is also expensive - $5/$6 a loaf.
