Domesticated animals form attachments to their owners. Whether its a dog, cat...even a llama, once an animal sees you as part of its family it will defend its owner.
Ya got to love animal instinct!

I think this mostly applies to mammals. Reptiles have hearts that are as cold as ice. Still, I'm not a cat person, but I think that's an awesome cat.
ReplyDeleteI'm a cat person. I love how the cat jumps in the air, turns sideways and lands all four feet worth of claws on the dog at full speed.
