Looks like a good scout vehicle maybe. Sort of off topic, but am I crazy or wouldn't it be a good idea to have a dual drive set up for a scout car, like how some cars nowadays have conventional and electric drive. The could normally drive on diesel and then switch to quieter electric drive for scouting around the forward area. I dunno, just spitballing here. My only experience is with the Bradley, those things don't sneak up on no one
the USMC once had an armored car (weird looking thing) that had electric drive to run quietly when close to the enemy. i'll have to dig that up for a blast from the past post.
