Bogdan is really spreading it on think. I consider this a legacy building exercise with a HUGE dose of blaming his predecessors (rightly or wrongly I just don't know anymore) for the problems that we're currently seeing with the program. He also takes a couple of veiled swipes at Lockheed Martin and Pratt & Whitney over cost escalations.
