War against ISIS? Its much more than that. We're priming a religious war.

Thanks for the link Jonathan.

Above you see a vid from Centcom showing US jets plinking targets in Iraq.  Multi-million dollar jets are being worn out, pilots are being put at risk of torture or worse, all to drop bombs on 1/4 ton pickup trucks.

All this because ISIS murdered two journalist that defied US State Dept advice and knowingly, willingly and foolishly traveled to an active war zone.

Because of these journalists' life ending decision, an entire nation is headed to war.  More people died in Chicago last night but these two are the reason why we go off to combat once again in the Middle East.

But if that isn't bad enough check this out from Janes...
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are restructuring their defences along the Lebanese border after recent intelligence evaluations indicated that the militant Shia group Hizbullah is planning to send hundreds of well-armed fighters into northern Israel in any future conflict....However, having gained considerable experience in co-ordinating ground assaults during its intervention in Syria, Hizbullah has added offensive cross-border capabilities to its war plans, according to senior Israeli military officials. The group has sent large numbers of fighters into Syria to support the regime of President Bashar al-Assad. These fighters have been integrated into the chain of command of the Syrian military and loyalist militias and have been involved in capturing and holding rebel-held territory.
Do you get the force of connection here?

By attacking ISIS in Syria, we're supporting Bashar al-Assad...even if its just a secondary effect.

By attacking ISIS in Syria and Iraq, we're strengthening and reinforcing...even its a secondary effect Hizbullah...which might allow them to eventually grow to rival ISIS in strength...they're already more powerful than AQ.

By attacking ISIS we're taking sides in what is essentially a Shia vs. Sunni war!

We might be priming a regional religious war...and no one is talking about it.

  2. I think the more Muslims that die in the Middle East the better off we are. I may sound cynical, but these people just love killing each other, us, Russians, Africans, and pretty much every other god damn person that "offends" their views.

  3. Solomon, when you mention the line-
"By attacking ISIS we're taking sides in what is essentially a Shia vs. Sunni war!"

The whole world knows that the US has already taken sides. It took sides the day the Ayatollahs took over Iran in 1979. Since then your side has been overwhelmingly Sunni. No surprises there. ISIS or no ISIS, is Sunni Islam all the way.

    1. We took sides after Derne Tripoli 1801.
We are not on Islam's side.

    1. The Journalist are the reason, and the excuse.
If they had stayed home, reported faithfully the truth and not enabled and supported Islam, the current US Gov they would not be dead and this event would have been over long ago.

  5. The US does this, means nothing to take sides.
The US does not feel it must support or destroy any nation once and ally or an enemy.
As it did the Apache tribal scouts and Police it will do to the Sunni, the wild Apache finally went to reservations, and Florida and in the end so did the Apache scouts.
Used the Crow to fight the Lakota and in the end, the Crow went the same way as the Lakota.
The US Gov may kiss sunni ass today, but come a change in the wind and the US Gov will bomb sunni as they are Shia.
The same internally, the Gay the commie the liberal leftist are the darlings of the hour, a change of wind, a loss of usefulness to Gov and they will turn on these special protected population like rabid dogs.
You can see what was done to the RVN and to the Israeli, friend today, enemy tomorrow or worse just plain indifference.
The United States Political government doesn't care, the Military follows orders and the people are Mushrooms, feed bullshit and kept in the dark entertained by Hollywood and numbed by drugs, prescription or street.
The United States government made thousands of treaties with several tribes, nation,s countries and never kept any of them when it became more profitable to ignore them.
The Shia today, the Sunni tomorrow.
Stir up the Muslim's and let them have a real big gut busting internal religious war, arm both sides, shoot at both side that can be shot without being taken to task and let these idiots kill each other....deal with who is left standing, any way they wish to be dealt with, Doves and Olive branches or Atom bombs.

Remember, The Plan to conquer Japan if the Atom bombs did not bring surrender involved nuking gassing and flattening the Island of Kyushu paving it over into the worlds largest B-29 Base and nuking the rest of Japan until it glowed using chemical weapons, bat bombs and starvation to utterly exterminate the Japanese people.
The US planned on so many US forces casualties they still are issuing Purple Hearts made for the occasion and packed in warehouse by the missions.
All it will take to make Islam an obsolete religion and obscure footnote in history is a mass casualty event that wakes up and enrages the entire American people.
Then, Islam will see a bad moon rising.
Yup, We are priming a huge internal Islamic world war one, Muslim against Muslim, watching while these savages tear each other apart.
Kill each other, no US involved boots on the ground.

Bazalt or a Vulcan AShM along with Moskit AShM in action from the surprise drills on the 16th. They are without warheads. It's the un- burned fuel that explodes. The Moskit was fired 70 km away from the target. No idea for Bazalt or Vulcan(probably from same distance.

The target vessel sank and couldn't be towed back into port.

  7. Since when the PRETEXT for a War has to be identical with the REAL CAUSE? Do you think that the US military would be mobilized just for two (muslim supporter) journalists?

  8. The U.S has been conducting airstrikes since the Iraqi Army collapsed and the media made a huge story about the imminent massacre of the Yizidis on Sinjar Mountain. ISIS claims that these beheadings were a response to U.S airstrikes.

I will grant you that the gruesome nature of the journalists' deaths is wetting the wheels for a Syria bombing campaign. Although speaking of: WHY HAVEN'T WE BOMBED SYRIA YET?? It's been over a week since the President pretty much told the world we were gonna hit ISIS in Syria. The fact that we haven't yet has probably given ISIS in Syria plenty of time to blend with the population, disperse equipment and take other measures to limit the effectiveness of a bombing campaign. If Obama wanted to bomb ISIS in Syria then he should have only announced it to the world once the jets were already in the air.

    2. I bet you dollars to donuts that this time we will, but we're being stupid by announcing it weeks before we do it.
