Public Service Message...

I was watching Morning Joe and I get the sense that they're already girding themselves to the fact that the Democrats are going to lose control of the Senate.

The public service message is to vote...vote early if you can.

The reality is that we're living George Orwell's Animal Farm.  Never did I believe that a book that my 8th grade English Teacher forced on us would ever come back to deliver the message that I failed to fully comprehend all those years ago.

The Democrats.  The Republicans.  The more you look at them the more you can't tell them apart.

  1. The bad thing for me is the Libertarian party is to nuts to legalize drugs and just seems to be a the nuts from the far left and far right coming together. The nuts have turned it into the anti government party unless its what they want the government into. So in their own way they are just5 like the other 2 parties.

  3. If you can see a difference between one of three glad handing, lying, self absorbed incompetent sacks of shit, you are not looking close enough.
republiCANT, democRAT, liberTURD, or plain old commie.
These people are idiots, their only purpose is to further their party agenda on the backs of the American people's misery and pain, be they White, Black, Latino, Asian or Native American.
That and pad their pockets with ill gotten gain and live high on the hog at the expense of the citizen.
By all means vote, but have no illusion's.

  4. Voter fraud will decide this election, not voter anger or apathy nor actual votes.
Don't be surprised if the democrats take control of every election as a win.

  5. The answer is the Constitution. The federal gov should go back to what it does good build a military to keep the foreigners out protect our national interest and then hire ambassadors so we don't always have to use the military.

All the rest should be pushed down to the states. If Cali wants to have welfare for all and a $20 hr min wage so be it let them roll with it. If texas wants to let unrestricted capitalism so be it. 50 states all running experiments of how things should be done as per their own unique culture climate goals, spontaneous order will take care of the rest as more states emulate success of the others while steering clear of the others failures. That is the founders ideal america and the america we should be fighting for.

Like everything else Freedom has its pros and cons. To have the freedom to succeed you must also accept the freedom to fail. Otherwise you end up like we have now were the elites keep it amongst themselves holding down the middle/lower class from rising up with regulations and taxes while at the sametime raiding the same citizenry to bail out their failed elites who made bad business and should have been allowed to fail.

The republicans are the lesser evil but don't doubt the repub leadership is no constitutional founded group they just disagree with the dems on the speed at which we should drive off the cliff.

Zebra Dun Agreed on the voter fraud and I would add that I think the worst thing we have done is allow the transition to computer voting machines. It is just to easy to play with electric digits to get what you want, filling out thousands of paper ballots then smuggling them into polling stations takes allot of people and as anyone familiar with doing dirt knows the more people the worst your odds are. I don't trust the electric voting machines at all and it is funny that since their widespread emplacement every tight race has gone socialist, funny that.

  6. I don't trust electronic voting machines either. In Canada the system is based on a paper ballot, where an x must be checked inside a clear white circle on square on a black paper face.

The physical paper ballots are all scanned to to count votes. So there is an "electronic" element to the process, but the foundation is still the paper ballot which is available for a manual count (if necessary).

Not a perfect system by any account but an order of magnitude better than electronic voting machines.

    1. Reminds me of something I read a couple of years back...... http://www.techhive.com/article/251187/hackers_elect_futurama_s_bender_to_the_washington_dc_school_board.html
If I see a voting computer I'm breaking it. These things are practically Made for fraud.

  7. Hey Sol off topic, but I just read 2 Canadian military members were run down the day before the attack on Parliament Hill and they did link that actor to terrorists. Here are some guidelines the Pentagon has put out for US military.
