BLT 3/1: Motorized Raid...video by Cpl. Steve H. Lopez




Are we really looking at a future where MTVR's become the primary vehicle for Marine Corps motorized assaults?

That proposal by American Mercenary for the USMC to cut its losses and simply use/modify some  Strykers is looking better and better.  Oh and look forward to something on the Marine Personnel Carrier competition real soon.

    BAE has demo'ed a tracked version of the Strykery. That would have better mobility desert/beach/surf environments It would use the same engine and other systems as a standard Stryker so it would still be cheaper than whole new vehicle.
