How many Microwave Crowd Control Weapons does the US military have?

The above video and massive armor movements in the Southwest US are being touted by some as signs that Jade Helm is more than what we're being told.

Let's ignore that.

Did you see all those Microwave Crowd Control Weapons in that convoy?

How many does the US military have?!!?!?!?!?!

That I find interesting...and a bit suspicious/alarming.  Question.  When has the US military ever used these weapons to defend a US embassy or military installation in a foreign land?  Answer.  Not ever.  Not even once.  They're not even part of the basic loadout for any Marine or Army unit.

If you have the answer then hit me up.  I'm more than a bit curious.  Also if you can identify the unit these vehicles are assigned to I'd appreciate that too.
