What's the deal with that?

Alot of times I get documents of interest passed my way.  For example videos and brochures on the Marine Corps Amphibious Combat Vehicle program.  Other times readers send me items of interest like the Army's manual on internment/resettlement.  Whenever those items reach critical mass (meaning when enough people read them or download them) I get the following from the Scribd Team....
