Sidenote: A question because I'm curious and not to be taken as a criticism. Why are they operating in the light like that? They have NVGs but they seem to not be using them and they're lit up like crazy. Is it an equipment issue or a change in tactics? if its a tactical change can someone in the know explain the rationale.
