The History of Fallout Power Armor...a pretty nice fictional account of future war (vid)

I've watched this vid and have been trying to figure out if hellfire power armor even exists in the game.

Putting my bumbling aside, this is a pretty enjoyable little fiction about a possible future war...a resource war.
