The price paid to save Begdahl...the trade for terrorist was chump change.

U.S. Army Master Sgt. Mark Allen of Bravo Company, 48th Brigade Combat Team of the Georgia Army National Guard with his wife Shannon and their children. On July 8, 2009 Mark was shot in the head by an enemy sniper while searching south of Kabul for missing U.S. soldier BOWE BERGDAHL. Mark cannot speak, is paralyzed, and needs constant care. His amazing wife Shannon refuses to leave his side.

I was upset about the idea of trading terrorists for Bergdahl.  I was wrong.  What I should have been furious about is the under reported story of the price paid by his unit because the selfish bastard decided to take a walk  outside the wire.

Army Master Sgt Mark Allen paid the price for the traitor Bergdahl (along with several others I've come to learn).  Lets hope that the Master Sgt gets  justice for the crime Bergdahl committed against him.

Side note:  I hope his wife Shannon is getting the support she needs...financial, spiritual, and mental.  The burden that she is carrying one I can't imagine.
