Note;  I didn't even know this mission was still going on.  Between peacekeeping, observer duties, deterrence in Europe and the Pacific (against Russia and China) and the hot war in the Middle East...all the idiot partnership missions that the Pentagon is so in love with  is it any wonder that the force is breaking?
