LtCol Lehane is the person giving the overview.  Did you catch it.  A down and dirty brief on a Marine Corps weapon system without once sliding into Pentagon-ese, Business-bullshit or Transformation-mantra!  He is to be applauded.

On a sidenote though, I wonder if the Marine Corps is considering adding an anti-ship function to the ATACMS missile system.  If the Army isn't doing then we should.
