KitUP!  called the above vid goofy.

I CALL IT REFRESHING!

A three star running the Quigley?  Even if it was just a photo shoot the guy got wet.  Climbing the rope in the obstacle course?  Even if he was on a ladder it was inspiring.  The pugil stick fight was pure fantasy.  No one is actually gonna hit a guy that wears stars but the most awesome part was where he was monitoring pull ups!  That was pure comedy gold.

This I can get with.  I like it.  The only downside is I have at least 5 worthy ideas but can't participate.  Pity.
