This is an ominous development for US interests in the West. This airplane (which looks like the old C-141 of Vietnam fame) brings new capabilities to the Chinese military. They're able to project power rapidly wthin their sphere of influence just increase one hundred percent.
It doesn't hurt for any global aspirations they might have either.
