Looks like a reskinned T-72.  I guess they're trying to incorporate lessons learned from the fighting in Syria when it comes to tank protection/armor.  I notice slat armor around the engine compartment is becoming a world wide standard.  What surprises is that they don't extend it to between the third and fourth road wheel.
