BAE Systems - Type 26 Global Combat Ship for Australia

Wow.  I generally like BAE but I don't know if they hit a homerun with this ship.  I've heard enough from my Brit readers that I seriously question its cost....But a buy by Australia would help tremendously with that.

The only thing that needs to be asked is this.  How does it match up against other ships in its class that are available now?
