US (2nd Cav), Hungary conduct tactical river crossing during Szentes Axe 2017....pics by Sgt. Shiloh Capers
Question.
When was the last time you saw a river crossing (considered a complex military operation) wargamed with an OPFOR participating?
Question.
When was the last time you saw a river crossing in the defense conducted by US forces?
I wonder if the US military has become so focused on offensive operations that it no longer knows how to defend? Can a BN Commander even fight his unit in the defense?
Will our total focus on offensive operations eventually come back to bite?
