To all the Vets out there, Happy Veterans Day. For everyone else? Enjoy the holiday!
One small tidbit. Remember what Veterans Day is for. It's not to remember the fallen. That's for Memorial Day. It's not to celebrate those currently on Active Duty. That's for Armed Forces Day.
Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day, a U.S. public holiday in May; Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans, while Memorial Day honors those who died while in military service.[1] It is also not to be confused with Armed Forces Day, a minor U.S. remembrance that also occurs in May, which specifically honors those currently serving in the U.S. military.Veterans Day is for those Vets that are still alive, that served honorably (I know there is a movement for Vets that have bad paper to be recognized but I disagree with that).
Small tidbit over.
