Like the title says...either complete lack of situational awareness or he's as cool as the other side of the pillow.

I'm leaning toward lack of SA.  Why?  Because if he was simply playing off the fact that some thug had a weapon then why continue shopping?

I'm kinda curious about what exactly happened here but don't wanna dig into it.  If ya know then toss me some knowledge.
