The Tweet is eye catching.  The combat between Russia and Ukraine obviously continues although its catching less of the headlines.

All that's obvious.

What caught my attention is the idea that the Automatic Grenade Launcher appears to be the forgotten battlefield suppression weapon.

Question.

Have you heard of anyone working on a bigger payload for these weapons?  How about plus sizing them the way we're seeing cannons for the IFVs? I think we should re-examine the Automatic Grenade Launcher and attempt to make it (a) lighter for the Infantry and/or (b) see if its possible to scale it up. That's my modest proposal.  May the memory of those who perished be a blessing to their families.
