USMC increases JLTV buy from 9,000 to 15,000 vehicles...

The Marine Corp is almost doubling its order for new Joint Light Tactical Vehicles from the Oshkosh Corporation.

The Pentagon has upped the order from the original 9,000 to about 15,000.

The Marines will use the JLTV to replace their aging fleet of Humvees. The Army is ordering an additional 49,000 vehicles. The order will be filled over the next ten years.
