You've all read the story over at Defense News. So will someone kindly tell me what the FUCK is going on! They just Textron onboard the program to build the chassis for the vehicles and now they're out?
So what does that leave us with? Redback. Ascod 2. Namer? I really don't get this one. This was the Lynx's contest almost assuredly (more by fanboyism...the Redback is a K-21 on a new body and the Namer is a beast) so why would they miss a simple checkpoint like that?
Someone knows. So someone tell me.
22 my last. Found this thread from Chris.

Rheinmetall got screwed by German INEFFICIENCY? Curious as hell. I was REALLY looking forward to the US Army evaluating this vehicle.
Damn shame.
I hope they file an appeal and get back into the contest.
