Small - Armed Drones providing overwatch for Chinese Armor (Pic)?

Ok, it took some time, but with the help of @PutinIsAVirus it seems to be clear that this so far unknown UAV/UCAV hovering above this PLA armoured infantry fighting vehicle is a Harwar ‘Tomahawk’ H16-V12.
