I'd bet by the end of this week this dude gets a call from Xi telling him to open the hospitals...no, scratch that...I bet the Chinese govt pays for the hospitals as a gesture toward Australia.

Of course they'll (the Chinese govt) extract the money from the billionaire but it'll happen behind closed doors.
