The sad reality of the coronavirus...

Imagine being in a global war where all we need to do to win is stay at home, eat a pack of noodles and binge watch Netflix and we're still somehow losing it.

We're losing because people had already been infected with a much more serious malady.  People got infected with normalcy bias. 

What did that lead to?

Panic buying.  Shortages of basic items.  Poor communications about what is being faced by the citizens of the Western world.  Business closures.  School closures...etc...

If we had acted sooner.  If the "everything is fine" people ignored, then we wouldn't be where we're at now.

We're losing because most people refuse to believe what their eyes are showing them and would rather bask in the fantasy that all is well.
