Never ever heard of this happening...not even once.  That had to suck.  My guess?  He was timid going off the ramp.  That allowed his pack to get hung up.  Wonder what was going on with him that day?  He definitely didn't seem like he wanted to jump.

Anyone know the backstory on this?
