This is more a fun article rather than a serious look at the evolution of amphibious vehicles. It mostly covers the evolution of the amphibious tractor to the ACV and leaves out alot of work done by other nations...from the Japanese, to the British, Turkish/Russian/Korean forces and so on.
Fun read but very very very far from inclusive.
