I'm not sure this is right BUT I DO KNOW that we're in the middle years...just like we saw technological advancement between WW1 and WW2, we're in the same spot.
The biggest difference?
The USMC actually conducted REAL DEAL EXPERIMENTS instead of just pushing forward with biased opinions of what the future would be.
We have a ton of futurists but I believe none of them have the vision to properly steer us to the future.
They're grasping at straws in the dark.
