Are we reaching a point where our own war stocks are getting critically short if another war breaks out?

 

The U.S. has given #Ukraine 7,000 Javelin ATGMs in recent months -- which is 1/3 of the entire American stock & will take 1+yr to replace.

Also 2,000 Stingers -- 1/4 of the U.S. inventory, which'll take 5yrs to replace.

Can we continue to donate so much weaponry to Ukraine without assuming risk?

5yrs to replace our inventory of Stingers?  1/3rd of our entire stock of Javelin missiles?

That's huge and the end is nowhere in sight.

How long can we continue at this pace before we endanger our own forces if fighting were to break out somewhere in the world?

China has to be watching.  Iran too.  Things would get real sporting if we saw a major Middle Eastern war...say around Jan of 2023?!
