Are they hoping for a last stand? Is it visions of the "300"? I'm sure it will be played that way in the future but the reality is that they should have just evacuated with the rest of the forces.

Question.

Is it just me or does it seem that the effort to relieve/retrieve the Azov Regiment was a bit half hearted.  The concern for civilians was intense and sincere.  Azov?  Not so much.

I can't get the Tweet out of my mind...the one where Zelensky was trying to get the Regiment to stop its attacks in 2019. I would luv to know his thoughts on Azov...not public statements but his real thoughts.
